There are many of us that have been praying without ceasing for this precious child Andrew. I really feel like Andrew was truly a vessel of the Lord. He touched so many of us. He did what he was supposed to do. To get people to come close to the Lord. His mother Melanie is very inspired by our Father in Heaven. Her blog truly touched my heart. It is full of inspirational words. Melanie updated her blog at http://bellamella-melanie.blogspot.com/2009/12/andrew-smiles-in-heaven-now.html that he is in heaven now. I didn't know Andrew or his mom Melanie in person but immediately grew to love them through her blog. Her blog really touched my heart. He was just 12 yrs old and love to skateboard.
Please go visit Melanie's blog at http://bellamella-melanie.blogspot.com/ and keep them in your prayers.
My heart is broken right now. :( I guess you can say that my blog is not just about decorating, etc. It is also about doing what the Lord wants me to do. To live the way HE wants me to live. To pray for others, comfort those that need to be comforted just like HE comforts us. We are all connected because of HIS love. Life is short. Hug your kids, your husband/wife…your loved ones. Tell them how much you love them.
Please keep this precious family in your prayers.

Oh no! I'm so sorry and sad to read this Sandra. My prayers are with them.
Andrew is forever with his Heavenly Father ... such a tragic loss so soon ... my heart breaks for them as the Mother of a child gone too soon.
Prayers for everyone are being lifted. The tears flow for them all.
Hugs, Marydon
Tears pouring out of my eyes as I type this. So sad. To lose a child is the ultimate pain but now he is in Heaven and some day they will be together again.
I did pay her a visit and leave a message. My heart is aching for the entire family. Thanks for letting us know. God Bless. Hugs, Marty
I just read this earlier on Debbie's blog, and I left a message. It is so tragic. I feel so bad for her and for Debbie, too, losing Amy. It is heartbreaking, so I can understand how you feel having prayed without ceasing.
XO,
Sheila
I don't know of this family, but any time someone loses a child, it breaks my heart. I will keep them in my prayers.

This is a very sad story. My prayers go to this family.
Hugs,

I'm so sorry for Melanie, for the death of her precious son Andrew. We lost our son Mark suddenly to brain cancer in 1998. He was 8 1/2 years old. That's why we started Global Hug Your Kids Day in 2008. Maybe you'd like to have an event in YOUR town in Andrew's honor for the holiday in 2010. It'll be Monday, July 19. Contact me via http://www.hugyourkidstoday.com or for more info. I'm hoping to get families all over the US / world? to have events in honor of their wonderful children on that day.
