I made another set of decorative towels for a friend. This time I used white towels. I added fabric using my sewing machine. Let me tell you that I am not experienced in sewing at all. lol I added some trim by using this glue. So easy peasy. :) If you use glue, let it dry at least 24 hours before handling whatever you used the glue on.
I really hope my friend likes them. They were made especially for her. :) She loves roses too. I’ll let you know what she thought about them.
I hope everyone is having a wonderful Sunday.
Sandra

Your towels are very pretty. I didn't know there was glue you can wash. I need some to finish up some projects. Thanks ;)
Very pretty! I am sure your friend will love them. Nice job.
Oh those towels are beautiful. I love roses, like someone said above, if your friend does not like them, send them to me! Not to worry, she is gonna love them to pieces. You did that with glue? Hmmm, since I don't have a sewing machine that is something I could try. Will add to my "wish list" whenever I have free time, lol.
Oh Sandra...
Sweetie these are so beautiful. I love the roses and the little ribbons of pink ran through the eyelet. They are so feminine. Just beautiful. Thank you for sharing.
I have got to get some of this magical glue. I see the tag says Hobby Lobby, and I wonder if they have this at Michaels? I am going to check. I notice it says washable. Does it stay in place well when you wash? I sometimes don't want to open up the sewing machine and just need a stitch or two. This would be so perfect. Thanks for sharing.
Have a beautiful day sweetie. Again, thanks for the tip.
Country hugs, Sherry

Sandra, so feminine! I love those towels. I think I may try my hand at making towels, and hope for the best:)

I had been thinking about doing this to some linen towels, but was a little timid about it. Yours turned out so well, they are really quite pretty! You have inspired me to go ahead and do it!
