Today’s Thrifty Finds

SouthernHospThriftyTreasurescopy

I’m happy to participate in “Today’s Thrifty Finds” hosted by Rhoda @ http://southernhospitality-rhoda.blogspot.com/  Please visit her blog to see the other participants’ awesome finds.

I went to yard sales Friday and found just a few things.  My 1st find is this victorian looking picture. It is beautiful!  I am debating whether to paint it white or leave it the color it is now.  What do you you think?

And check this out.  I have no idea what it’s for but I love it.  It is like 3 cups intertwined with each other.  I could place pretty flowers in them. :)  IMG_2926

I love this little creamware gravy bowl. :)  IMG_2928

And this vase.  Pretty! Pretty!IMG_2931

Don’t forget to check the other awesome finds @http://southernhospitality-rhoda.blogspot.com/

Blessings,

Sandra

I understand why you're debating whether to paint your first find white or leave it the way it is, I would probably do the same, it's beautiful!

Hi Sandra! I hope you had a wonderful Mother's Day! My mom has a gravy boat just like the one you picked up.

That intertwined mug is interesting...Very good for roses! :)

You made yourself some great finds! The "three mug" is rather unique and I can see how great it would be for displaying fresh cut flowers :0)
Love the gravy boat too!
Enjoy your new treasures.

The picture is pretty just as it is. I wouldn't paint it. Love the three intertwined vases - so unusual!

Hi Sandra! I am simply amazed with your finds. They are all fantastic. I would guess my favorite are the three vases intertwined. How very unique. Just lovely things!

Hi again Sandra!
Thanks for stopping by and taking a peek at my backyard. Those are actually Queen Palms...very young queen palms. It'll be awhile before they are grown but they'll look great as they grow.

Oh wow, Boy did you find some great stuff. I'm absolutely crazy about the frame with the couple in it. To paint it is a tough call, either way it would look great.

Enjoy your day-
