Oh The Scene of Green, Green, Green….And Red Of Course!

Hello! Welcome to My Bella Rose!  Today I am linking with Flaunt It Friday, Make it for Monday, and Marty & Tabletop Tuesday.  Y’all make sure and visit these wonderful blogs! You’ll be glad you did!

I’ve been away but I’m hoping to rekindle friendships through out bloggy world.

Oh my goodness!  I’ve been longing for spring so much.  Texas has been very cold.  It was so cold that we had lost power for close to a day last week.  To top it off, we had frozen pipes because of no power.   When the pipes finally thawed out, we had busted pipes!  Our pipes run in the attic so you can just imagine the mess.  Still working on the mess.  We ended up having to replace all of the pipes.  Next step is to work on the walls and ceiling that got wet.  Those will have to be replaced.  What a mess!  I’m so ready for warm weather.   I did manage to put this little vignette together.  I’ve been on a green color kick here lately.  I’m telling ya, I am missing spring. Really!  I still love my red though!

I bought the flowers and vase at Hobby Lobby.  The plate  with the flowers and hummingbird is from Home Goods.  The swan is from Home Goods as well.

I love the combination of red and green.

Look at that wonderful color of green.  I love it!

Don’t you just love the glow from the lamp?  I bought the lamp at H.L. at 50 percent off!  Score!!

OH Sandra, the flowers are so pretty. I love the red and green and your vignette is gorgeous. The glow from the lamp is stunning. I am so sorry to hear about all the water damage. I can't even imagine the mess. Hopefully it will all be fixed soon. Hugs, Marty

Beautiful Sandra! Just lovely! You always have the most amazing pictures of your beautiful home.

Sorry about the water damage. Been there. A total nightmare. Our downstairs bath flooded on Mother's Day the year we bought our home. Ruined all our carpet, tile, etc. Horrible day...and week!

Love to you~Been missing you!

Pretty vignette! I love the soft glow. So sorry about your pipes! I'm hearing a lot of that from my TX friends. Texas is not equipped for that kind of weather. I hope your mess is short lived and everything turns out great.
Have a happy day!

I feel so bad for you! That must be such an ordeal to go through! Your little vignette certainly makes one think of much lovelier things than broken water pipes - it is beautiful! I really like the flower arrangement and those candlesticks!

Hi Sandra, this is my favorite color combo!

How funny that you chose the same basket for the middle of your wreath! It fits just perfectly...I hope you will e-mail me a pic to feature on my blog! Have a great night. Kristen

Thank you for visiting me tonight sweet friend. I know your FIL is also ill with this dreadful mind-robbing disease and you are in my thoughts. My only comfort is that I know that God won't allow what we can't bear.

You blessed me today and I so appreciate your loving thoughts.

Hugs and love~
