Outdoor Wednesday & One of my Meditations This Morning.

Redeemed, how I love to proclaim it!  HIS child, and forever, I am… (Fanny Crosby)

I enjoy listening to relaxing music like this as I work in my garden.   I can sit here and meditate and thank  my Heavenly FATHER for the blessings we are given.   Thank you  Heavenly Father!   Abba, I love you and wish to live a life that you want me to…..to be a vessel of your love.  I thank thee for every encouraging word I read from my blogger friends.  I pray that YOU guide me as I give encouraging words to my friends.  Amen.  Praises be to GOD forever and ever.

Please visit the Lovely Susan to see what the other participants are sharing on Outdoor Wednesday. :)

Sandra, you got some nice photos of your flowers. We have plumbago, too. Ours in one spot doesn't do well, but in another, it's prolific. Love that second flower, too, and wish I could help with the name.

Happy Outdoor Wednesday...

XO,

Sheila :-)

Beautiful pictures! The Rose of Sharon made me think of the famous quote from Georgia O'Keefe. She said to "just grab the flower and look down its throat" if you wanted to do a painting of one.

Stop by sometime, OK?

Thanks for sharing your beautiful flowers.

And the lemon seed story...I did get a little tear thinking of what love and perseverance can accomplish.

Thanks for visiting,
Candy

Lovely pictures! And I wouldn't swear to it, but I think that second flower might be a gazania.

Does it only really open fully in bright weather? Close up on cloudy days and at night? If so, it's a gazania. Lovely, but a bit of attitude!

Those flowers are just beautiful. I keep seeing the rose of Sharon lately in blogs. And somehow, it can't be helped but they kinda resemble a hibiscus, don't you think? :-) Your garden is definitely a haven.

Hi Sandra,
What beautiful flowers you have, flowers have a way of causing us to stop and meditate about our Creator, and His awesomness.
I thought your Rose of Sharon was stunning. Thank you for sharing, and thank you for visiting me, and leaving such sweet words.

Good Morning Sandra...

Just wanted to stop by and thank you for coming over and taking a peek at my Texas vacation photos of all my family!

What a sweet post! I love the Lord and I love Fanny Crosby...one of my favorite songs that she wrote is "To God Be the Glory"! I remember reading a book about her...she was a powerhouse for God!!! If you haven't ever read about her...you really should...she has quite a testimony!

I loved all your flower photos...I had plumbago when I lived in Texas...such pretty blue/lavender flowers! Thanks again for coming by...

Warmest wishes,
Chari

I love the song REDEEMED. Have you ever heard the story behind Fanny Crosby? She was blind...and back when she wrote lyrics/music she was paid pennies for her work. Even so...God blessed her over and over and over again.

Love to you~ Rebecca
