Hello my precious blogger friends. Welcome to Outdoor Wednesday! Please visit our lovely hostess Susan over at A Southern Daydreamer.
I’d like to share pictures I took while in Houston. :)
Oooh! Look at this traffic! It was not even during rush hour!
Would you like to go to the top of this building? Not me! LOL!
How about driving on one of these bridges?
And that’s about it. I am amazed at how busy and fast life is in Houston. Everyone is always in a hurry there. hee hee. I come from a quiet city. lol
I hope everyone has a great Outdoor Wednesday.

Hi Sandra! Oh, we see this sight quite often. You know, the traffic is always busy!
Be a sweetie,
Shelia ;)
Cool pictures.
Houston is a very busy place, it would seem. Thanks for sharing your trip with us. Happy Wednesday!
Blessings,
Sandi
Reminds me of Dallas! OKCITY is not as busy but we do have a few tall buildings. Nothing like Texas, tho!!!
I lived in Houston when I was in 3rd grade...I love TX but Houston is not for me! :( I'd move back to Dallas in a heartbeat if my kids would move back, too!

Hi Sandra, I live in the LA area and we have this kind of traffic too! I think the building picture is cool!
My entry is here
Hi Sandra,
I spent a summer in Houston, and remember the humidity and traffic jams! It is a great city with lots to see and do. I met my DH there, so it's a special place for me. Enjoyed your photos and hope you had a nice trip.

Oh yes....this all looks so familiar!! But, to drive in Houston....it freaks me out. [Our son lives in big o' "H" town!]
My Outdoor Wednesday is photos of surfers/the Gulf Waters...come on over test the water temperatures!! I'd love to have your company today.
Hi-
Thank you for visiting my blog. I am delighted to meet another Texan and I am now following your bog.
have a great day,
Laura
You got some very nice shots of Houston. It is much too big a place for me. The traffic would get to me. Thanks for sharing as I do not plan on going down there soon.
Great pictures. In this very small country of ours the roads are always overfull so I am not surprised. Have a nice day
Riet, Holland
looks scary driving there
Your photos are wonderful. I especially love the one of the highway maze. I hope you are having a wonderful day.
that would make me have a panic attack! I could not live there!!! I am a small town girl. thanks for reminding me that it is nice to be small!!!!
I forget how much I hate Houston traffic until we have to drive in it! But Houston is such a fun place to visit that I grit my teeth and deal with it. The worst for me are the "spaghetti bowl" highway loops - I always get turned around, so I make DH drive. And now we have them in the Austin area too, so I guess I just need to break down and buy a compass lol. Happy OW. Kathy
I am honored for you to follow my blog. I was shocked yesterday to learn I had 50. Never thought that would happen. Thank you.
thanks girl...for keeping my parents in you prayers!
I had a friend who used to live in Houston and he said it was exactly as you said it was. I once went to Arlington Texas, and it was very busy also, and hot!

Enjoyed your photos of Houston! I've been there several times and I have a nephew that lives and works in Houston! Eeeekkksss...I sure am happy to live out in the country, my friend! I don't know if I could do a big city like that again...hehe!
Warmest wishes,
Chari
That looks like a big, busy city! I like smaller cities....don't you?
Thanks for sharing, the photos give us some idea what it's like in Houston. I always think of NASA when I think of Houston, of course.
I always complain about the traffic in Dallas, but I've heard that the traffic in Houston is even worse, if that's possible*!!!!! Glad you survived it, and hopefully you had a great time while there*! ((Hugs N Love)) _Ashley*
