Missing Spring

Copy_of_001Hi everyone!  Today I am linking up with the wonderful Tootsie from http://www.tootsietime.com  Please visit her blog.  She has such great tips for your pretties outside.  It has been really cold in my part that I have been going thru photos from last spring and summer.

I am missing spring and the emerging of life.  I long to spend time outside in my garden.  For me, it is such a relaxing time.  I really do enjoy getting my hands in the dirt to either do some planting, pull weeds, or simply just be in my garden.  I love the scent my roses give off as I am working in my yard. When I spend time in my garden, I am also spending time with the Lord.  I pray and meditate and give many thanks to HIM.   IMG_4716

These purple roses are so pretty and vibrant. IMG_3635

Spring will be here soon.  :)  Ok, in another two months. :)

Take time to relax and enjoy yourself.

Sandra, those roses are gorgeous! I'm ready for spring to get here, too.

Please keep the Florida farmers in your prayers. We're having abnormally cold weather and all that means to their crops.

Thanks!

XO,

Sheila (who is going off on a break and will see you when I get back!)

I needed that! It was really wonderful to see your splashes of color. It is very cold and white where I live right now!

Oh Sandra, those beautiful flowers are just what the doctor ordered this morning. This is the 4th winter I've lived in Oregon and the rain/overcast days are finally starting to get to me. I've always loved rainy days but enough is enough. I'm not blue or sad, just ready to move on to spring.

I'll be in Texas visiting Mom the end of this month. Can't wait to feel the sun warm my face.

Sandra...I am still unsure. I want it to put the watermark on my pictures and I also wanted to be able to make my pictures bigger...but I seem to be having problems with that. I see that you have stretch...and a background paper...that is really what I want. I need to spend more time at it I guess. I get nervous fooling around with it!!
